Description
World renowned Elvis tribute artist Roy LeBlanc brings his electrifying show to The Grand Theatre for one night only to celebrate the 80th birthday of The King of Rock and Roll.
On January 8th, 1935, Elvis Aaron Presley was born in a two room house in Tupelo, Mississippi. From those humble beginnings he went on to become one of the most important figures of twentieth century pop culture.
Roy LeBlanc celebrates what would have been Elvis’ 80th birthday with an exhilarating tribute to the man who changed the face of music forever. From Elvis’ earliest Sun Record recordings, to the gospel years and beyond, Mr. LeBlanc is accompanied by a full 7-piece band including backup singers and a dizzying array of costume changes.
There are many Elvis acts and the ones that have the look rarely have the voice. Roy LeBlanc has been blessed with both,” says Will Chambers of the world’s largest Elvis festival in Collingwood, Ontario. “Combine that with his charisma and you can see why Roy has one of the most sought after shows on the planet.”
